About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Zwingliana publishes articles on the history of Protestantism in Switzerland and its influence.
Peer Review Process
Each contribution that is submitted for publication undergoes a process of evaluation. The principle of a double blind peer review is applied in that each contribution is assessed by two experts and recommended for either acceptance, revision or is denied. In this process, the assessors as well as the submitter remain anonymous. The editors in charge select the assessors. If two assessors do not agree, a third appraisal will be ordered.
Publication Frequency
Zwingliana appears once yearly in print and is made electronically available on this website after three years.
Open Access Policy
Zwingliana provides free digital access to its issues three years after it appears in print.
